CURRENT REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY: In the event of a refund, DUVisio.com will refund all the fees it has charged to implement the transaction excluding fees charged by PayPal, which will be refunded at PayPal’s discretion.
Customer refers to anyone who has purchased a product through the DUVisio.com network/platform, not to customers of DUVisio.com itself who are defined as Members,Vendors and Affiliates.
DUVisio.com and it's vendors allow for return or replacement of defective products for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Accordingly, all customers have 30 days to request a refund from the date of purchase.
As a customer, it is your responsibility to consult with the vendor of the product you purchased to establish what your refund/guarantee rights are. Vendors are encouraged to clearly list this on their sales page.
Contact the vendor who sold you the product to claim your refund. Their contact information can always be found in your PayPal account listed in the details of your purchase.
